Hansavest Finland seeks a skilled Thermal Insulation Installer

Job Overview:

As a Thermal Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for installing various insulation materials, such as mineral wool, ArmaFlex, and Foamglas, on pipes, ducts, tanks, and other surfaces in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific pipes, ducts, or equipment, ensuring accurate sizing and minimal waste.
• Install insulation materials, including mineral wool, ArmaFlex, and Foamglas, on various surfaces to prevent heat loss or gain, control condensation, and enhance energy efficiency.
• Apply adhesives, sealants, or other materials to secure insulation in place and ensure a tight seal.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to shape, fit, and secure insulation materials according to specifications.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets industry standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members, including supervisors, project managers, and other trades, to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies and safety regulations.

• Identify and report any issues, defects, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the scope and requirements of insulation projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the field.
• Conversational level of Finnish or English (at least for senior managers and team leaders).
• Diligence, willingness to work, and reliability.

Salary (gross) in Finland:

✅ Team Leader: from €15/hour + daily allowances.

✅ Experienced Worker: from €14/hour + daily allowances.

Work Location and Time:

• Finland, full-time, immediate start.
