

As a member of team, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and processing various types of meat. Your role will involve ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and safety while working with raw meat products.
This position requires physical stamina, precision, and a deep understanding of meat cuts and processing techniques. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, a passion for food preparation, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key responsibilities
Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat for sale or distribution.
Ensure all meat products meet quality and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including tools and equipment.
Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling.
Requirements
Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter.
Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
Ability to use knives, saws, and other cutting tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
