Job Overview:
The role involves assembling ship sections and structural components according to technical drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipbuilding, be detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Assembly and fitting of ship sections according to technical drawings
• Installation of structural elements, bulkheads, decks, and outfitting components
• Preparation and alignment of parts for welding
• Work with hand and power tools
• Compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience in shipbuilding or metal structure assembly
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of basic welding and cutting operations is an advantage
• Good physical condition and teamwork skills
